SETTING SMART GOALS aND providing FEEDback
To ensure the results, a manager has to plan carrefully the total amount of time of his team.
First commandment is to make sure verybody knows perfectly what is his/ her task and goal for today´s shift.
The goal is correctly set when fulfilling the SMART parameters. It has to be specific, measurable, acceptable, realistic and timebound.
As a rule, every task shall be evaluated and a feedback provided. We will train how to deliver a positive and also negative feedback to your team members.
